Campaign target

Campaigns can be targeted to specified groups of subscribers using tags that are added and removed as needed. After clicking “Send”, the campaign is sent only to subscribers marked with the same tags. If no tags are selected, the campaign is sent to all subscribers.

If you want to specify which group a message should reach, use the Selection mode.

If you want a group of recipients to be omitted from a particular campaign, select Exclusion.

You can also remove tags from the level of targeting. To do this, select Delete.

Total and common part

By including or excluding tags, you can also decide whether to take the sum or the part of the joint recipients.

Common part - "And"

Select "And" if you want to select recipients who have / do not have all of the selected tags.

Sum - "Or"

Select "Or" if you want to select recipients who have / do not have at least one of the selected tags.

Recalculation of the number of recipients

After selecting the target, you can calculate the estimated number of recipients by clicking the Recalculate button. If you do not narrow down the group of recipients, the notification will be sent to everyone.
